Manage all functions related to inventory within the RSC as well as the operational integrity of the EXE WMS. Actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment.
**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:
- Coordinate daily activities of RSC administration personnel including Shipping, Receiving and Payroll Administrators
- Work closely with Dispatch Team and Logistics to ensure that all delivery documentation is available for execution of on-time deliveries
- Collaborate with the Inventory Control Manager and Operations Managers to ensure business goals and daily targets are achieved
- Drive consistent practices across three shifts
- Cross dock tracking and invoicing
- Complete and compile weekly reports as required
- Complete / edit daily timecards and scheduling for all clerical support staff
- Investigate and respond to various queries from customers, vendors, retail, procurement, and corporate office
- Store and retrieve archived RSC clerical records
- Coach, counsel, and discipline as required
- Contribute to positive employee engagement and connection to Sobeys mission and purpose
- Comply with all RSC audit expectations (HACCP and OH&S)
- Work within team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Compliance with all Company food safety standards, guidelines and procedures
- Other duties which may be assigned
**What you have to offer**:
Required:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Post secondary Diploma or equivalent work experience
Preferred:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics
Technical Skills
- Required:
- Working knowledge of EXE, SAP, KRONOS, C3 and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a distribution centre
