**Job Overview**

D. Floyd Construction is seeking **equipment** **operators**. This position will include year-round work, and an opportunity to make an impact on some of Calgary's most meaningful projects

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Drilling holes** for fence installation
- Grading fence lines for fence installation
- Work closely with team members to achieve organizational goals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, and organized job site
- Assist with other duties as required

**Experience & Skills**
- Prior experience operating equipment - min. 2 years required.
- Previous experience in driving truck and trailer - min. 2 years required.
- Drilling and Auguring holes - min. 1 year preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
- Follow company safety protocols on all sites
- Drivers license is required

**Pay and Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate of **$27.00-$32.00 per hour**, based on experience.
- On-site parking

**Schedule**
- 8 hour to 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (7:00-5:00)
- Weekend work may be necessary due to the nature of the work
- 12 months per year

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Operating: 2 years (preferred)
- Auguring Holes: 1 year (preferred)
