Calgary Construction Operations is looking to hire Equipment Operators to support our 2026 construction season in Calgary, AB. What You'll Do Here: Operate Excavator on public roadways, always being aware of surroundings. Use equipment to move dirt, gravel, and other materials. Will be operating multiple types of equipment such as excavator, dozer, skid steer, grader etc. Operate equipment in a safe manner, following all safety regulations. Preventative maintenance of equipment and daily safety checks. Work collaboratively with crew. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. What You Bring to the Team: 5+ years’ experience working as an Equipment Operator. Experience with heavy civil construction preferred. Must have a valid drivers license. Adaptable to work a flexible work schedule when required. Self-motivated with good organizational skills. Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, in a professional manner at all times. Must be a team player. Compensation and Benefits Health and dental coverage Vision Care Pension plan with employer matching Health and wellness, green home energy benefit. Wage: $30-40
