**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavator, graders, and loaders to perform tasks including digging, paving, and building.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery on-site.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

**Skills**
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation with experience in backhoe operation, skid steer use, excavator use, grader operation, and loader operation.
- Strong understanding of commercial driving principles related to heavy machinery transport.
- Ability to effectively pave, dig, and build according to project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
