As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with local households to explain home internet, TV, and phone options in a friendly, easy-to-understand way. Your focus will be on listening first, providing helpful recommendations, and creating positive, pressure-free experiences that naturally lead to long-term customer relationships while developing as a Customer Service & Sales Associate.

**Core Functions of the Customer Service & Sales Associate**
- Engage with customers in the community to understand their entertainment, connectivity, and communication needs, offering tailored sales solutions.
- Explain home internet options, Wi-Fi hardware, and service features in clear, customer-friendly language.
- Highlight dependable home phone services as a reliable option for emergency access and household peace of mind.
- Support customers through the enrollment process, ensuring paperwork, scheduling, and equipment details are handled accurately.
- Follow up after installation to confirm satisfaction, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
- Build trust and rapport as a Customer Service & Sales Associate, which encourages referrals and repeat business through positive customer experiences.

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
