**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

The Manager, Creative Services is responsible for ensuring an optimized output of the creative elements that drive what Psycho Bunny looks, feels and sounds like in our communications, campaigns, brand initiatives and media. We develop World-class creative that engages and resonates with our customers and our broader collective as we continue to grow our brand globally. Sitting at the helm of our dynamic in-house creative team overseeing graphic design, photography, copy, styling and more, this role leads the project management and production for campaigns, brand initiatives and programs - driving both external agency partner and internal team level resourcing, management and timelines.

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
- Develop Creative Briefs, Strategy and Execution based on collaboration with cross-functional partners (Brand Marketing, Marketing Activation, Omnichannel)
- Identifies Brand Creative opportunities for consistency across channels
- Lead the creative team in all its functions such as graphic designers, photography and styling copywriting, etc.
- You will work on campaigns and photoshoots, in collaboration with photographers, directors agencies and other outside vendors
- Drive execution of brand and product storytelling opportunities across channels
- Ensure brand & campaign performance data (after activation review) is socialized to influence creative strategies and executions
- Organize and lead cross-functional ideation sessions to help build the creative brief
- Manage the seasonal campaign production process end to end from facilitating the concept development and hiring of external production resources to managing the post-production and distribution of final assets
- Identifies opportunities for professional development growth within the team
- Inspires team - Pushes methods, creative processes and thinking (brand storytelling, and differentiation)

**_ Planning & Resourcing_**
- Oversee management of project creative, team coordination, and ensure delivery of high-quality asset production
- Define team/project timelines, facilitate progress and ensure all projects successfully reach their goals
- Responsible for executing projects on-time and on-budget
- Key input on project/initiative and resource needs for yearly planning
