As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Red Seal Carpenter to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented carpenter, with experience working in many aspects of residential building and renovations. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including framing, finish carpentry, installing windows/doors, material take offs and leading a crew. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, have strong problem-solving skills, and work well within a team environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform all aspects of carpentry work in residential construction, including framing, flooring, drywall, windows, doors, trim, and cabinetry.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure accurate builds.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment for safe use.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior carpenters and apprentices, as needed.

Qualifications:

- Red Seal Carpenter certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential carpentry or equivalent.
- Proven ability to handle a wide variety of carpentry tasks, from rough framing to finishing.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Own transportation and reliable means of getting to job sites.
- Own tools required (drills, tool belt, small hand tools).
