- Work in a team environment caring for children between the ages of 4 yrs - 6 years of age.

- Work in a play based environment that is implementing Flight: Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Manage classroom activities and time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Programs Wage of $15 - $18 hr, is based on your ECE Level. The Alberta Government wage top up funding is an addition to the programs wage, $2.64 - $8.62 hour based on your ECE Level.

**Qualifications**
- Alberta Childcare Staff Certification: Level 3, 2 or 1 Early Childhood Educator
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Previous classroom experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
