**Position Details**

Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking Journeyperson Carpenters for work in Tuktoyaktuk, NT.
- Location: Tuktoyaktuk, NT
- Schedule Rotation: 14 days on 7 days off 12 hours per day
- Wage: $ 49.45 (As Per Collective Agreement)
- Accommodations: Camp
- Travel: Weekly travel allowance provided
- Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement

**What You Will Be Working On**
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements for modular trailer complex renovations
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and/or other materials
- Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware.
- Ability to install and finish drywall, painting, interior systems, T-bar ceilings and finish carpentry are all assets for this position

**What We Are Looking For**
- Valid Journeyperson Certificate
- CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
- Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
- The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
- Must be organized, self-driven, and have ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
