**Job Title**
Journeyperson Carpenter

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, assemble, and install concrete formworks with precision and efficiency.
- Use power tools and hand tools to execute carpentry tasks safely and effectively.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction processes.
- Ensure all formwork and carpentry is plumb, level, and square, adhering to industry and company standards.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform construction estimating tasks to assess material and cost requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges to ensure project success.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Carpenter or in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in constructing and installing concrete formworks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with construction estimating is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety practices.
