*Il s’agit d’un quart de travail entre les heurs d’ouverture à 5 h du matin jusqu'au heurs de fermatures 22h.
- Aider les clients à s’inscrire et à obtenir des services
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en personne et par téléphone.
- Atteindre les objectifs personnels et d’adhésion à l’équipe en exécutant tous les aspects du processus de vente de Gold’s Gym, ce qui crée l’urgence d’adhérer.
- Utiliser de bonnes compétences de communication et de résolution de problèmes pour résoudre efficacement les préoccupations des clients et garantir une expérience agréable

Gold’s Gym is the biggest name in fitness in the world. Since 1965 we have been the leader in the health industry with over 3 million clients and 1,000 locations. You would be joining the best health club in the world.

*This is for any shifts between our opening hours from 5AM to 11 pm closing.
- Helping clients with membership registration and services
- Provide great in-person and telephone customer service.
- Attain personal and team membership goals by executing all areas of Gold's Gym sales process creating the urgency to join.
- Utilize good communication and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer concerns, ensuring a pleasant experience
- Sociable and dynamic working environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laval, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
