Branch Operations
That great customer service experience doesn’t happen magically. It requires employees who enjoy what they do - we’ve got that part. Now we need your leadership to connect all the dots. Your hands-on involvement will ensure it happens. Specifically, you will:
- Make inventory decisions that ensure we have on-hand what our customers need.
- Manage the performance of all branch staff including: Branch Administrator, Inside Sales, Warehouse Supervisor, Shippers/Receivers, Drivers. Embrace this coaching role to provide meaningful and effective feedback.

- Never compromise safety. Every branch activity must be carried out in full compliance with safety regulations and related company policies.
Skills & Valued Behaviours
We require our Branch Managers to set an example for all employees and be visible to customers and vendors by displaying valued behaviours such as: leadership, commitment, industry expertise, reliability, and integrity. Period. Additionally, our employees will be expecting you to solve problems with good judgement. They want you to direct, guide, and coach them as you work as a team to implement new ideas to improve both customer and employee experience. Here are some things you should bring to the table:
- Natural leadership traits.
- A results-oriented disposition that is visible in your motivation to come into work every day, give us your all, and make an impact. You chase and achieve company sales and operations targets and objectives.
- Industry experience. Both knowledge of, and passion for, building products.
- More than likely you have been a Sales Rep at some point in your career before moving into a broader role. Or perhaps you came up through Operations but have a natural inclination to sales.
