**About Us**:
C.E. Technology Solutions Ltd. is a fast-growing, locally owned company specializing in networking, security systems, structured cabling, and technology infrastructure for commercial and industrial clients across Southwestern Ontario. We are excited to be expanding with a new branch office in **London, Ontario**, and we are looking for a driven and knowledgeable individual to help lead this next phase of growth.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Branch Operations Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our new London location. This role is ideal for someone who is technically proficient in networking and security systems, but also enjoys client interaction, business development, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the London area
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and gather details for estimates
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for new and existing clients
- Attend regular virtual and in-person meetings with our head office
- Help coordinate job scheduling and ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in promoting our services locally through word of mouth, outreach, and other creative means
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with local contractors, builders, and property managers
- Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and a solutions-first attitude

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong knowledge of networking, security systems, and technology infrastructure
- Professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic estimating or quoting experience (training can be provided)
- Willingness to occasionally travel to our main office in Sarnia for meetings or training
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in sales, field service, or project management is a strong asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
