Are you a fan of NHL hockey and sports collectibles? AJ Sports is a Toronto based sports memorabilia and marketing company looking for someone to join our sales team to assist with online orders, customer service and develop accounts as we continue our transition from retail to online sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Retail sales and customer service support for products, services, and event
- Resolve complaints with mínimal management assistance
- Demonstrate an ability to upsell the customer by promoting our products.
- Assist with autograph events and ensure customer items are properly cared for.
- Promote items and sales through social media channels.
- Articulate company rewards and any promotional events
- Be confident in sales and be willing to make calls to customers on a regular basis.
- Be well versed in NHL hockey and other sports of interest.
- Be able to understand sports and other collectibles.
- Have at least 1 years experience working with a online ecommerce
- Have strong computer skills.
- Be detail oriented and well organized.
- Be a team player willing to help with events and other areas as needed.
- Be willing and able to work Saturdays throughout hockey season.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
