**Position Overview**: Reporting to the Store Manager, our Team Members are the heart and soul of our operation. You'll be creating unforgettable experiences for customers, fostering a sense of community, and building authentic relationships. Your mission? To provide expert advice on hockey equipment that perfectly matches our customers' needs and playing styles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Create meaningful experiences by building genuine relationships and understanding customer needs.
- **Sales Excellence**: Drive sales by educating customers about our brand and products, achieving business metrics and sales goals.
- **Hockey Expertise**: Use your in-depth hockey knowledge to exceed customer expectations and enhance their shopping experience.
- **Operational Support**: Contribute to inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels. Assist with daily store tasks and uphold company standards in all areas.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Seek feedback, embrace coaching, and look for ways to improve business results every day.

**Qualifications**:

- **Customer Service**: Proven experience in retail, with a knack for creating positive customer interactions and building loyalty.
- **Hockey Passion**: A deep love for hockey, ready to share your game experiences and expertise.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- **Integrity**: High levels of personal responsibility, trustworthiness, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- **Bonus Skills**: Experience in hockey retail or skate sharpening is a plus. Goalies, step to the front of the line

**Requirements**:

- **Physical Ability**: Capable of lifting boxes weighing 5-30 lbs.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to work evenings and weekends, with a readiness to handle evolving duties.
- **Hockey Background**: Previous experience in hockey or sports retail is beneficial, with skate sharpening skills being a significant advantage.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
