As a valuable member of the Retail and Merchandise team, you will elevate our fan experience within our Real Sports Auction Online operation, as well as our Game Used Memorabilia & Equipment in-arena experience, and create extraordinary moments for our fans and our employees. Your approach to retail sales goes beyond just a sale as you create an individualized, seamless, safe and fun fan experience.
- Greet fans promptly and enthusiastically; assist fans with equipment purchases.
- Have an eye for photographing high end Game Used Memorabilia & Equipment, for the purpose of Auction & Online Buy Now sales.
- Have an eye for photo-matching Game Used Equipment to in-game images provided online.
- Understand significant milestones that bring value to our Game Used Equipment.
- Understand all Pro Stock Hockey Equipment Brands & Models with ability to differentiate unique specs.
- Ensure merchandise is neat and attractively displayed in-arena during Equipment Sales & in pop-up Memorabilia Sales such as Sportcard Expo.
- Fulfilling orders by shipping & handling all purchased product from our Online operation.
- Preparing, updating & completing online spreadsheets for Sales, Shipping & Uploading Product.
- Gain an understanding of each item’s value & authenticity with 100% accuracy.
- Receive gear from Team Equipment staff in a professional manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of equipment storage locations at all times.
- Operate POS register, handle transactions accurately in a professional manner.
- Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
- Perform other administrative or service functions as required while respecting strict deadlines.
- Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

**Qualifications**:
- Must be available to work select days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required at various venues.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, specifically with high-level hockey equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must work well under pressure; handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter, can work both individually and within a team setting.
