**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead the technology operations of our transportation and logistics company. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing infrastructure, overseeing software solutions, ensuring cybersecurity, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **IT Strategy & Leadership**_
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology needs.
- Manage and mentor the IT team, providing leadership, training, and development.
- **Infrastructure Management**_
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company’s network, servers, and cloud services.
- Ensure high availability of mission-critical systems including GPS tracking,routing software, and dispatch platforms.
- Manage the rollout of hardware and software across terminals and mobile units.
- **Application Management**_
- Evaluate, implement, and manage transportation management systems (TMS), ERP systems, and CRM tools.
- Work with vendors to integrate new software solutions or enhance existing ones.
- Ensure systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of operations, logistics, and customer service teams.
- **Cybersecurity & Compliance**_
- Ensure security protocols and procedures protect company data and customer information.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations (e.g., DOT, FMCSA, data privacy laws).
- Conduct regular risk assessments and disaster recovery drills.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**_
- Oversee help desk operations and support for all IT-related issues across offices and field units.
- Ensure mínimal downtime and quick resolution of technical problems.
**Project Management**
- Lead IT projects such as system migrations, upgrades, and digital transformation efforts.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field(Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of IT management experience, ideally within transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Strong knowledge of TMS, GPS tracking systems, Fleet Manager, ELD compliance tools, and route optimization platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cybersecurity, and network management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
**Preferred Certifications**:
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- ITIL Foundation

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
