**Who You Are**:

- possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction industry.
- possess the ability to estimate.
- have an affinity for drawings.
- possess the ability to read and interpret construction and millwork drawings.
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- take responsibility for your success and failure.
- believe in delivering excellence.

- Strong organizational and project management skills
