The Harbourside Group of Companies, comprised of Harbourside Engineering Consultants, Harbourside Transportation Consultants, Harbourside Geotechnical Consultants and Harbourside Project Management, is a full service heavy civil infrastructure design firm with office locations in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Hamilton, Ontario.

As one of the fastest growing and highly respected Engineering firms in Atlantic Canada, Harbourside is looking for the right individual to join our team and support our growing, multi-company operations. This opportunity is available in our Dartmouth, NS office and will be supporting the operations for all office locations.

**Marketing Coordinator**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead the coordination and preparation of proposals. Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare presentations, brochures, project sheets and other promotional materials for both offline and online platforms.
- Manage the supply of corporate merchandise.
- Maintain company websites, including new content creation.
- Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand standards.
- Undertake new marketing initiatives at the direction of senior management.
- Perform other administrative duties, as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in a marketing or related role.
- Previous experience in a consulting engineering environment would be considered a strong asset.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Pro-active and creative thinker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (at times).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
