We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical team member to help turn client strategies into actionable execution plans that drive results at retail.

**Position Summary**:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to manage and coordinate all field-facing programs and execution activities. This person will serve as the operational bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and our field sales team—translating promotional strategies, merchandising initiatives, and display priorities into clear, actionable plans.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency with **Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas), **PowerPoint**, and **Power BI** or similar data visualization tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

**Assets**:

- Accomplished in CPG, retail sales, sales operations, or field marketing execution.
- Experience working with field sales teams and/or direct store delivery (DSD) environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computing & Data Analytics or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/French)
