Calgary, Canada MOVE TO MOVE Full time

Move To Move is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As patient care coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for greeting and checking out patients along with providing administrative support to our multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer skills, someone who is able to multitask and problem-solve, and someone who is friendly and works well in a team environment.

**About Move to Move**:

- Move To Move is a multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Clinic and Movement Studio comprised of physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, private trainers and movement coaches.

**Hours**: Part time to Full time hours available, 15-37 hrs per week

**Start date**:Immediately - starting mid September or sooner

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a positive customer interaction with regards to greeting, check-in & reschedule patients on the computer
- Accurately maintain patient records
- Process payments via credit card, debit and insurance platforms
- Manage clinic inventory
- General cleaning throughout the clinic

**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience
- Excellent Computer skills and knowledge (Google workspace, MS office, Janeapp booking)
- Be a detail-oriented, adaptable and patient-focused team player
- Combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Be self-directed, goal-oriented and able to manage time and priorities
- Possess medical knowledge or a medical background, and supervisory skills will be considered assets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37 per week
