We are seeking a talented **Leasing Administrator** to join our organization and play a critical role in managing and maintaining lease data integrity.
**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Leasing Administrator** with proven experience in **commercial real estate leasing** and **expert-level proficiency in Yardi Voyager**. This role will be responsible for abstracting and managing lease documents, maintaining lease data within Yardi, and supporting the leasing team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Abstract and enter lease terms, critical dates, and financial details into Yardi Voyager
- Maintain lease data integrity, updates, and year-end reconciliations across multiple commercial properties
- Generate and review lease-related reports for internal teams and senior management
- Coordinate lease execution, tracking, and document management
- Ensure lease compliance with critical terms, options, rent escalations, and tenant obligations
- Support property managers with lease-related inquiries
- Monitor and track renewals, amendments, terminations, and other key events
- Assist with annual budgeting and rent roll verification
- Conduct periodic audits of lease data for accuracy and completeness
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- **4+ years of experience** in lease administration within the **commercial real estate** industry
- **Advanced knowledge of Yardi Voyager** (required)
- Solid understanding of lease language, legal terms, and commercial leasing structures
- Strong English communication (written and verbal) and excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and other standard business tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to efficiently meet the needs of the business
- Team Player - can work effectively with colleagues and associates to achieve a common goal
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with a portfolio of retail, office, or industrial assets
- Exposure to CAM reconciliations, operating expense audits, and tenant billing
- Law Clerk experience or Real Estate license (a plus, but not required)
- Previous property management experience is an asset
