**Bond Lake Management Group** is a property management company overseeing a diverse portfolio of privately owned residential and commercial rental properties located mostly in Ontario. Our portfolio of properties continues to grow. In order to keep up with our growth we are seeking experienced, professional, energetic, goal-oriented **Property Administrator** with knowledge of property management to complement our organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Property Administrator** for the real estate management company, who will be responsible to support both the administrative operations and management team to achieve the company’s and client’s key performance indicators targets. Reporting directly to the **Property Manager.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with tenants and respond to questions by providing information, problem solving, or escalating the matter in an efficient and timely manner;
- Working with real estate agents and leases
- Ensure all property related work requests and orders are entered and monitored
- Assisting in managing in residential and commercial rental portfolio
- Maintain accurate records of valuable company information
- Interacting with utility companies, condo corps, trades personnel
- Prepare work orders and purchase orders;
- Report to Property Manager while providing support to management
- Compile and keep an up-to date list of all residents
- Complete and submit quality control and compliance for all property management repair/renovation projects and working with tenants and builders on warranty issues that arise
- Prepare appropriate schedules and reports as requested by management as they relate to both residential and commercial duties
- Additional property management tasks as they are needed
- Assist in entering data into QuickBooks and Yardi
- Ad hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate
- Working knowledge of Ontario Residential Tenancies Act and residential real estate rules and bylaws
- Experience with Property Management is a significant plus
- QuickBooks and Yardi experience required
- An ability to work quickly and accurately without supervision
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Superb people, management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills
