**Your role**
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) and PMGM modules.
- Set up and manage SSO, user provisioning, identity federation, and resolve IAS/IPS issues.
- Design and implement performance forms, route maps, goal plans, and competency sections.
- Manage PMGM cycle and template-level permissions.
- Utilise Integration Center for basic integration touchpoints.
- Lead quarterly release deployment and testing activities.
- Configure and maintain Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
- Support Position Management, Event Reason Derivation, and Propagation Rules.
- Maintain EC Benefits configuration and related data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance.

**Your skills and experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong hands-on experience with PMGM module configuration.
- Proficient in SSO, IAS/IPS troubleshooting, and integration tools.
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid team environment.
