SAP Successfactors Applications Consultant

**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience with EC Core and EC Benefits configuration
- Strong knowledge of Foundation Objects and MDF Objects
- Hands-on with Business Rules, Workflows, and Position Management
- Experience in Event Reason Derivation and Propagation Rules
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB)
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic integration concepts
- Good to have working knowledge in integration tools like Mulesoft & ability to support integration issues.
- Experience with ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)
- Experience in SuccessFactors quarterly release deployment & testing
- Ability to manage enhancement requests, including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Understanding of data models, XML configuration, and permissions framework (RBP)
- Certified in SF ECC
