**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and design test plans and strategies for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Develop comprehensive test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications.
- Execute test cases to validate the functionality of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing as applicable.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, working closely with developers and functional consultants to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new enhancements or changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Work on performance testing activities to validate the scalability and responsiveness of SAP SuccessFactors under different scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Tester or similar role minimum of 5 years.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and configurations.
- Experience with testing tools, both manual and automated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors testing or quality assurance would be an asset.
