**Barista Supervisor**

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic **Barista Supervisor** to lead our team in a **high-volume, fast-paced environment**. If you excel under pressure, love the hustle of a busy café, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and support baristas to maintain efficiency and quality during high-demand periods.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional service even during peak hours; quickly and professionally address any guestsconcerns.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee beverage preparation to guarantee consistent quality, even in a fast-paced setting.
- **Operations Management**: Manage inventory, cash handling, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- *Scheduling**: Coordinate shifts and support team members to keep operations running smoothly during the busiest times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista experience; supervisory experience in a high-volume setting is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From $18.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
