**Join Our Team at Simit & Chai Co. as a Supervisor Barista / All-Rounder**

Simit & Chai, a unique spot specializing in simit (the most ancient form of the bagel), is looking for an experienced **Supervisor Barista / All-Rounder** to join our growing team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Make sandwiches and brunch items to order.
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty beverages, and teas using a manual espresso machine.
- Supervise the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide exceptional service.
- Cover shifts when necessary, with flexibility to fill in last-minute.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including maintenance and cleaning.
- Ensure the merchandiser and shelves are well-stocked and neatly arranged.
- Be the point of contact for the team, handling responsibilities with a hands-on approach.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Presentable, eager to learn, disciplined, and creative individuals.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and take charge when needed.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Basic baking and sandwich-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to cover shifts, even with short notice.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and a good sense of aesthetics.

**Shift Times**:
Varies between 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Weekend and weekday availability is a must. 5 day work week 2 days off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
