**Job Overview**
In-Office Agent Assistant needed at busy Talent Agency
- fun and fast paced environment
- 5 DAYS A WEEK: MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 10am to 6pm ( working at our Burnaby office / Brentwood Mall area )
- Must have flexibility to work later on busy days
Duties include:
- Customer Service
- administrative and office support
- assisting the agents
- answering phones / reception ( greeting clients )
- arranging appointments / managing calendars
- data entry
- providing in-person orientation / instruction to new performers
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Must be a people person and work well in a team environment
- Good Communication, Organization Skills and Multi-tasking Abilities are necessary
- Problem-solving skills required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions is a must
- Knowledge of the Film Industry is an asset *

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the office.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing.
- Effective phone etiquette and strong communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 45 per week
