Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy IT Assistant who is a natural problem-solver and a quick learner. This role is perfect for someone who mirrors our founder's passion for technology and innovation. You will support various IT and operational functions across the agency, with responsibilities that may evolve based on business needs and your interests.

Possible

**Responsibilities**:
Depending on business needs and your skills/interests, you may be involved in:

- **Mobile Device Management**: Assisting with the management and security of company mobile devices and ensuring compliance with policies.
- **Website Support**: Supporting our internal company website and working with platforms like Webflow and Framer for various integrations.
- **Workflow Automation**: Building and maintaining automated workflows using tools like N8n to improve operational efficiency.
- **AI Agent Development**: Building light AI agents using N8n and other automation tools to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
- **AI Systems Management**: Working with AI systems like Claude, OpenAI, and other AI platforms, including crafting effective prompts and understanding best practices for AI interactions.
- **Software Management**: Managing and administering Slack, Google Workspace, and other 3rd party software solutions used across the organization.
- **Network Support**: Assisting with UniFi networking infrastructure to maintain stable and secure network environments.
- **Data Projects**: Supporting data migration projects and ensuring accurate data transfer between systems.
- **General IT Support**: Providing technical assistance to team members and troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.
- **CRM Support**: Assisting with our HubSpot CRM, including data management, reporting, and supporting sales and marketing activities.
- **Light Development**: Engaging in basic scripting and development tasks to create simple solutions and integrations.
- **Server Support**: Assisting with Linux and Windows server maintenance, monitoring, and basic administration tasks.

Qualifications and Skills
- Some technical background or education in IT, computer science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort with context-switching between different projects.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills for handling multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with any of the technologies mentioned in possible duties (MDM, Webflow/Framer, N8n, UniFi, HubSpot, scripting, server administration).
- Previous IT support or technical assistance experience.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Any scripting or development experience.
- Knowledge of AI systems (Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, etc.) and understanding of effective AI prompting techniques.
- Interest in or experience with AI tools and automation.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or other business software administration.
