Dale Veterinary Clinic, a small animal clinic located in Port Hope, Ontario is seeking a full time office manager.

We are looking to add an energetic and motivated individual to join our amazing team. We are a friendly, fast paced, small animal hospital located in Port Hope. The position will include working Monday to Friday.
- Greeting clients and resolving issues with clients as they arise
- Billing and processing payments including reconciling at the end of the day
- Organizing and leading staff meetings
- Taking charge of work schedules for staff
- Manage clinic inventory and order supplies
- Hiring and training staff as needed.
- Resolving any staff issues as they arise
- Assign projects to staff when required
- Ensure the clinic is clean and presentable at all times.

- Education:

- CVPM Certification preferred but not required.
