**Position Summary**

The IT Specialist provides day-to-day information technology support to all users within the company for their computer, phones, cell and printer needs, issues and/or questions.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Answer IT support phone line and assist employees
- Manage ticket queue for employee requests
- Perform computer, printer, phone and networking setups
- Set up of new computers for employees
- Provide training as required on computer systems
- Hardware upgrades as required for computers and cell phone
- Telecom Administration
- Tier 1 and 2 IT Support
- IPhone/BlackBerry some Android setup/troubleshooting
- Review monthly reports, distribute them and request credits where applicable
- Ensure accounts are provisioned correctly
- Complete orders and activations for cell phones

**Education & Work Experience**

Requires the completion of a 2 -3 college diploma in Information Technology or equivalent related experience. Previous work experience of 1 year or less is required.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proven ability to multi-task
