We're looking for a motivated IT professional to join our team in a hybrid part-time role.

Role Description:

This is a
part-time role
for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in
Toronto, ON
. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining modern IT systems. This role offers hands-on experience supporting a Financial Services client in Toronto.

Schedule & Location:

  • 2 days a week onsite (office located near King & Bay, in Toronto)
  • 1 day per week remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with user onboarding, account management, and device setup
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with non-technical users
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365
  • M365 Administrator certification or hands-on experience with M365 administration is considered a strong asset
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
