**Overview**

Jos Will Millwork is a locally owned and operated company with 35 years of experience in designing and installing quality custom-made retail cabinetry and countertops for new homes, renovations, commercial offices and businesses.

The Admin / Sales Assistant works in our showroom, and is the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will blend administrative responsibilities with sales support, providing a unique opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**

Front Desk Management:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom reception area.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, showroom tours, and general information about our products and services.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for customers

Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Assist in the sales process, including order processing and follow-up.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate customer records and assist in data entry.
- Assist with showroom inventory management and restocking.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience with interior design considered an asset.
- Knowledge of kitchen industry and cabinetry products considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $51,826.00-$54,619.00 per year
