One Voice One Team Youth Leadership Organization is a non-profit registered charity founded in 2008. Our mission is empowering youth to utilize their extraordinary leadership skills and talents to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others. We do this by providing character-based leadership programs, workshops, assemblies and community service. With fun physical and cognitive activities, we introduce and emphasize positive values to enable youth to see beyond their circumstances and lead with purpose.

Position Description

We are looking for a **highly organized, proactive and people-oriented professional** to manage our front desk and administrative operations. Our work is fast-paced, mission-driven, and deeply rewarding. We are looking for a **Reception & Administrative Coordinator** who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves organization, and is passionate about making a difference. As first point of contact you would be the welcoming face and voice of One Voice One Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while supporting the team with key administrative tasks. This position will allow you to work in collaboration with a mission-driven team committed to empowering youth and their communities.

**Qualifications**:

- **2+ years of work or lived experience** that has helped you develop strong administrative and organizational skills
- **Experience in a non-profit setting** (and a strong passion for making a difference) is preferred
- **Excellent organization & attention to detail** (you thrive on keeping things organized and neat)
- **Highly proactive**—you don’t wait for direction; you take initiative and solve problems and have high discernment
- **Strong problem-solving skills** **and discernment,** with the ability to navigate unexpected challenges
- **Strong sense of self-accountability**:

- **Confidence & Communication Skills**—whether handling a call, an inquiry, or an urgent request, you remain professional and composed
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Suites** (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) required

Tasks & Responsibilities

to staff, partners, and program participants.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and office
management with efficiency and accuracy.
- **Event & Meeting Coordination**: Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring
seamless execution, and manage the organization’s calendar.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify ways to improve systems and workflows to increase operational
efficiency.
- **Sales & Fundraising Support (desired)**: Assist with outreach, and partnership follow-ups where
needed.

**Compensation**: Salary $45 - $52k (based on experience) + Benefits.

**Location**: In-person workplace in Brampton, ON.
