Receptionist /office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist cum Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our visitors and supporting the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of reception and administrative responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and staff.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
**Administrative Support**:Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Maintain office supplies and keep inventory.
Help with general administrative tasks as needed.
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:Accurate data entry and record-keeping in various company systems.
Organize and maintain physical and digital documents.
**Communication and Coordination**:Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a receptionist or office administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
