- **Job Description**_
- The Operations Manager will closely with the General Manager, Manager, and supervisors and 40+ employees._
- _Full time, permanent position_
- _Approx. 40-44 hours per week_
- _Must have open availability including weekends_
- **Pre-opening Site Duties and Responsibilities**_
- _Support in hiring of new employees_
- _Assist in setting up location office/filing system/track_
- _Possible training to happen at other locations_
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- _Staffing duties including: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and firing_
- _Cash handling duties including: preparation of tills, change fund maintenance, and preparation of deposits_
- _Customer interaction and auditing of customer experience_
- _Performing operational paperwork duties including safety, accounting and inventory_
- _Creating schedules and employee communications_
- _Maintaining the effective operational feasibility of the center_
- _Maintaining the highest standard of facility appearance including storage areas and the parking lot_
- _Coordinate with your General Manager to ensure that all facility maintenance is performed quickly_
- _**Ensuring that**:_
- _Cashiers adhere to correct cash handling procedures and sell effectively_
- _Track Attendants run races safely, efficiently and professionally_
- _Mechanics maintain our karts in peak working condition_
- _All staff are strictly adhering to company policies and providing outstanding customer service._
- **Qualifications**_
- Previous Operations Manager / Store Manager experience preferred._
- High school diploma or post-secondary school degree_
- 3+ years of experience in a management role_
- Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive_
- 5+ years of experience in customer service_
- _Leading a large team_
- _Providing exceptional customer service_
- _Passion for creating/maintaining a safe and fun work environment_
- _Strong people management skills_
- _Training and development_
- _Making decisions in a fast paced environment_

Pay: $51,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
