**The position**:
As a **Warranty Billing Clerk**, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of warranty-related paperwork, including inputting, verifying, troubleshooting, and correcting claims. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, you will help maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service by ensuring seamless warranty transactions.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Create invoices, submit warranty claims to vendors, and follow up on payments.
- Investigate and escalate short-paid billings.
- Add and update part numbers as needed.
- Process intercompany transfers and resolve inventory-related part issues.
- Collaborate with parts and service teams to address work order and parts discrepancies.
**What you need to be successful**:
- Administrative or clerical experience.
- Quick learner with intermediate computer skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
**Availability**:
This is a **full-time** position and will require you to be available:
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
