**What you bring**:

- Minium 2 years experience as a Biling Clerk is required
- Post secondary diploma or certificate in Finance, Business is considered an asset
- Transportation industry knowledge would be considered an asset
- Being extremely accurate with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) when dealing with customers, staff and third parties
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Being highly organized in prioritizing work to be able to consistently meet deadlines within a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent skill level in Microsoft systems including office, word and excel

**Scope**:

- Enter invoices into client’s billing system.
- Process partial credit notes and bill cancellation’s
- Finalize and cancel invoice
- Ensure timely and accurate customer billing.
- Calculate monthly FSC and notify customers
- Create, rate and process a high-volume of invoices and respective customer statements
- Monitor and correct discrepancies where required (i.e. Missing order numbers or signatures)
- Update and distribute (master) lists related to fuel, unbilled orders and tariff rates
- Perform other duties as assigned
