**Design Drafter**
We are looking for an individual who is technically inclined, energetic, productive, and can handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.
Process and provide manufacturing details, submittals, and other documents.
Design and manage drafting projects from conception to completion.
Design, develop, create, and assist production with manufacturing details for special orders.
Design, develop, and create Revit models for requests as they come internally/externally.
Design, develop, and create wiring diagrams for requests as they are requested internally/externally.
Occasionally design and test products to ensure performance targets are met.
Provide technical product support for those internal and external to the company.
Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications.
A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical drafting course. Alternatively, a College Diploma, or equivalent experience.
An understanding of mechanical HVAC equipment, controls, and manufacturing principles.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high sense of urgency.
Proficiency in 3D/2D modeling software, specifically SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Revit, and AutoCAD.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with the added characteristics of multi-tasking with organization.
