Working closely with our Ramudden Canada's Human Resources Director, you will be an integral participant in implementing programs to ensure harmonization across all businesses under Ramudden Canada’s umbrella. You will provide a high level of service to employees at all levels of the Company in all aspects of HR including:

- Talent management and onboarding including high volume recruitment
- Employee relations
- Labour Relations
- Employee engagement
- Rewards and recognition
- Performance management
- Training and development
- Health and safety
- Process implementation and improvement
- Policies, procedures, and legislative compliance

In this newly created role, you will work closely with Managers, Supervisors, and Employees to ensure a positive Employee experience and position Ramudden Canada as a best in class employer.

You will have responsibility for multiple locations and some travel within the GTHA and Barrie will be required (Mississauga, Oshawa, Stouffville, Midhurst, Concord & Vaughan) to attend meetings and events.

You have:

- A post-secondary education in Human Resources
- 3+ years experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Assistant, Coordinator, Generalist, or similar role
- Experience or a keen interest in labour relations
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction is an asset but not required
- A desire to learn and grow with us
- A customer service attitude and approach to problem solving
- A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
- Full COVID-19 vaccination or a verifiable medical exemption
