Our team in **Edmonton, Alberta** is currently looking for a self-motivated and **Marketing Communications Specialist **to become an integral part of the team.

**Description**:
Reporting to the Director, Operations Corporate Services; the Marketing Coordinator for Sinclair Supply Ltd. (SSL) is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for the Marketing area.

**Accountabilities**:

- Administer & maintain the SWAG items which are used for promotional events, giveaways etc within budget and in an organized fashion, ensuring SWAG items are representative of the Sinclair brand, maintaining adequate stock levels to ensure availability levels are met.
- Coordinate the production of sales flyers, promotional material and internal newsletter.
- Coordinate and support as part of the marketing team with all internal and external Company events and promotions.
- Update the website with content based on guidance from Senior Management in a style that represents Sinclair’s brand and reputation.
- Support the vendor marketing and rebate programs.
- Research and connect with HVACR affiliations, ensuring Sinclair is kept current with industry trends and activities. In particular, foster relationship with HARDI (HVACR industry association) by contributing information and analytics and analysis and reporting of industry related data developed by HARDI.
- Arrange the distribution of Company season tickets for applicable sporting events, maintaining detailed distribution information required for CRA purposes.
- Prepare and analyze a variety of marketing information with guidance from the Director, maintaining up to date storage organization of all marketing documents.
- Support marketing initiatives, potentially leading smaller marketing projects.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing Team.
- Support HQ Administrative Staff as required.

**Experience and Skill Requirements**:

- Seasoned administrative professional with a minimum of 5 years-experience supporting a sales manager/sales team.
- Highly proficient computer skills with exceptional Microsoft Office capabilities
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Strong organizational & planning skills, including ability to proactively achieve tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of personalities and build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and have proven ability to practice sound judgment in making decisions while working independently.
