Currently, we are in search of a marketing coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily interactions and posting on our Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok
- Coordinating video content sessions to have regular new videos going out.
- Consult with all team leads weekly to ensure that all websites are up to date regarding pricing, availability, incentives, and photos. Pass all feedback onto our web designer
- Ensure that all projects have the required site signage up
- Coordinate the buildout of new upcoming projects including the branding and assisting in the website development
- Analyze the flow of leads and ad spend per project, make assessments on where things need to be changed
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to produce promotional materials and advertisements
- Create marketing campaigns for project launches and events
- Compile market research on competitors and present it as a competitor analyses
- Conduct research to analyze client behaviors (purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
- Ensure that all marketing aligns with the company brand strategy
- Help organize and coordinate company/corporate events

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of one year experience in marketing
- Experience in real-estate an asset but not required
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including knowledge of digital marketing, traditional marketing, branding, and conducting market research
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and content creation. Creativity is crucial for developing engaging and memorable marketing materials
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. May be asked to work on various project campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, so the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is crucial
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all departments, including marketing, sales/leasing and design
- Ability to adapt to new trends, technologies, and changes in the industry

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Edmonton, AB (required)

Ability to Relocate:
