**POSITION BACKGROUND**:
The Sales Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, defining, promoting, and completing all necessary and required paperwork from the Sales Division. The Sales Marketing Coordinator also ensures proper flow of marketing information and supports the rest of the branches.

**CORE DUTIES**:
Product Development
- Consult with management regarding visual projects, such as stationary corporate identity material, advertisements, signage, publication designs, and promotional literature
- Develop verbiage for product illustration, promotional functions, and website
- Take photographs/video and create videos for use on the website, in social media, and in other marketing efforts (brochure, business development tools)
- Sort, fill, and file required paperwork
- Analyze needs and/or problems and develop promotional solutions
- Prepare artwork or digital files for production
- Coordinate the production of audio-visual material
- Coordinate with management to develop and update Ketek Sales website
- Coordinate annual charitable effort
- Act as a liaison between branch locations
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments

Other Duties
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages as required
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Work together with employees to help complete all required paperwork
- Successfully complete safety training as required on an ongoing basis

Represent Ketek in a light that is commensurate with the values of Management and the Corporate Vision and Mission Statements

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
Required
- Post-secondary education/training
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience
- Ability to interpret management needs and develop creative visual solutions
- Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)
- Ability to deal with the public in a positive, courteous, and respectful manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent demanding deadlines
- Strong work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Preferred
- Post-secondary education
- Familiarity with Ketek equipment (or similar)
- Experience using a drone

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand/sit, talk/hear, use hands/fingers to operate a computer and telephone, stoop, and kneel
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens

Work Environment
- Office environment (100%)
- May be required to work outside regular office hours
- May be required to travel to Ketek branches or remote client sites
