TAG Hardware designs, engineers and manufactures consumer products for the modular furniture industry. Our 30,000 square foot manufacturing plant is located in South Surrey. The facility houses plastic injection molding machines, assembly work stations and a warehouse, where we assemble our patented products for delivery globally.

Our products are seen frequently in a variety of media spaces including home improvement shows and print magazines. TAG solutions are found wherever you find high end homes across the world. Since 2002, we have experienced steady growth and are in search of Junior Data Ranger to join our young, dynamic team.

**About the Role - Job Description**

Reporting to the Manager, Data and Technology, our Junior Data Ranger will be working with all aspects of data, from ERP source data to report building and integrating data across systems. You'll help with
- Microsoft Power BI:

- M (Power Query)
- DAX (Power BI) programming,
- SQL, VBA, VBScript, Python,
- Cloud APIs and warehouse automation and digitization.
- Familiarity with DevOps & CD/CI concepts is a bonus.

You must have some experience and a keen interest in all areas of Business Intelligence from data transformation/preparation and ETL, to data science and data analytics. We are continuously improving our use data of in every aspect of business decision-making. We use a variety of tools to track key metrics across sales, marketing, supply chain, financial reporting and operational efficiency. You will work directly with the Manager of Data & Technology, contributing to our digital transformation path.

**About you - Competencies and Skills**

You are a relentless trouble-shooter. You get satisfaction from supporting a very appreciative team of end users. You logically attack a problem or challenge in an efficient and methodical order, eliminating possibilities until you uncover a solution. You often come up with suggestions for ways to improve systems to prevent future occurrences.

At the same time, being a Ranger means you're not stuck to any particular 'way' or tool for solving problems. You have tried-and-tested methods, but you also know when to put them aside and pay attention to hunches and ideas that may look different from past approaches. There will be ample opportunity for honing these skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
