**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Technician to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our staff, ensuring that all computer systems and networks operate efficiently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network management, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall user experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware and software issues across various platforms including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
- Will be assigned tickets and will be responsible to resolve those support tickets
- Techncian will be scheduled for Onsite Business and Residential Support Calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware problems, ensuring mínimal downtime for users.
- Assist in the management of local area networks (LAN), including monitoring performance and connectivity issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance on computers and peripherals to optimize performance.
- Support firewall configurations and security measures to protect company data.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to user inquiries and providing clear communication throughout the support process.

**Qualifications**
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of LAN setup and management is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels.
- Experience with Linux and MacOS environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving technical skills.
- Previous experience in an office environment or IT support role is an advantage but not required.
- Comptia A+ or Network + is Preffered

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
