**Concrete Finisher Foreman**

**Key Information**:

- ** Must have a minimum 3-5 years of construction experience in a foreman role.**:

- ** Must have 3 years of industrial construction or equivalent experience.**:

- ** Must be able to spread, level & smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand, or power trowel.**:

- ** Hours: Project dependent. Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime hours needed during the busy season (April - October)**:

- ** Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. (on-call rotation)**:

- ** Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**:

- ** Health benefits, pension plan, RRSP matching, vacation pay offered.**
- ** Spread, level & smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand, or power trowel.**:

- ** Position reinforcing rods to repair concrete using power saw and drill.**:

- Raking, shoveling, & hand floating.
- Responsible for carrying out work in compliance with applicable safety codes
- Communicating with the Operators, and Crew members.

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- ** Minimum 3-5 years of construction experience in a foreman role required.**:

- ** 3 years of Industrial construction or equivalent experience required.**:

- ** CSTS-09 or 2020 and WHMIS 2015 required.**:

- ** Drug and Alcohol Test is required.**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Must have strong working knowledge of concrete construction.
- ** A reliable means of transportation is required.**:

- Proficient English language skills required.

**Education**: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
