**We’re currently looking for skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman**
- Responsible for all aspects of concrete construction (Demo, Ground Prep, Forming, Placing, Finishing, Rebar)
- Work along side crews on all activities throughout the project
- Assist in directing the crew on multiple concrete related scopes while ensuring the safety of the crew and adherence to permit restrictions.
- Understand and execute the Scope of Work as defined
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Ensure daily tasks are complete, and that jobsite/ tools are clean and stored to Gator’s standards
- Promote safety in all activities and engage in safe work plan development, hazard assessments and mentorship with crew.
- Adhere to project and company environmental considerations.
- Lifting and moving construction materials around site

**Required Education and Experience Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years concrete experience
- Minimum 2 years concrete formwork experience
- Skidsteer and mini excavator experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to train and mentor inexperienced and experienced staff
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- General Safety Awareness training certificates.
- Strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to make decisions based on sound judgement and reasoning.
- Ability to work both independently and under direct supervision in a busy environment.

**Competitive Pay and Excellent Benefits**

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
