**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our small, well established company for private residential work. The Concrete Finisher will work closely with other construction professionals to deliver high-quality results on various projects.

**Duties**
- Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including the installation of forms and reinforcement materials.
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand tools, such as screeds, trowels and floats.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for moving materials and assisting in the pouring process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing basic mechanical maintenance when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
- Proficient in using hand tools and heavy equipment related to concrete work.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
