**About Us**: MAR Concrete Ltd. is a concrete company specializing in high-quality concrete work. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship on every project. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for smoothing, finishing, and shaping concrete surfaces to specifications. You will work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial. Your expertise will ensure that our concrete work meets the highest standards of quality and durability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of concrete work.
- Set forms to hold concrete in place, ensuring they are properly aligned and at the correct height.
- Spread, level, and smooth concrete using various tools, such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
- Monitor the effects of weather on concrete, ensuring proper setting and curing.
- Repair and resurface existing concrete structures.
- Operate power tools and machinery, including concrete mixers and vibrators.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to concrete work.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in construction.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle to transport yourself to and from job sites.
- Experience with Concrete finishing
